Attached is a copy of the mailing distributed to the homeowners.  Include in this attachment is the Agenda and Proxy form with instructions.

Be sure to Fax, email or mail your proxy form OR attend the meeting to make your voice heard.

Raffle: ** To encourage owner response so that quorum is met, the Board of Directors has approved raffling off five $100 gift cards. All you need to do to be eligible for the raffle is return your proxy or attend the meeting in person. **

Dear Forest Creek Homeowner’s Association Residents:

As most homeowners are aware by now, the annual owners meeting scheduled for January 26th was
postponed due to the distribution of altered proxies that created confusion in the community. Proceeding
with a contested election (7 candidates for 3 seats) under these circumstances could have raised questions
about the validity of the results. After consulting with legal counsel, the Board decided that it was in the best
interest of the community to postpone the meeting and issue new proxies.

The meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. (sign-in begins at 6:30
p.m.; please be prompt to avoid a backlog at the registration table) at the Forest Creek Elementary
School, 3505 Forest Creek Drive, Round Rock, TX.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, please use the enclosed proxy form. You have the choice
of having the proxy count only for quorum purposes (check the first line) or also appointing somebody to cast
your vote in the Board of Directors’ election (the second line). If you wish to appoint somebody to cast your
vote, fill in that person’s name in the blank line or write in “director”. In the latter case, the proxy will be
distributed equally among the Directors present at the meeting.

Three places on the Board of Directors are up for election. Announced candidates are Idalyn Banks*, Keith
Chandler, Pat Flynn*, Toni Haulotte, Hector Quintanar, Ian Reeve*, and Gregory Thompson. Current directors
are those with an asterisk following their names. Biographical/information forms submitted by the candidates
are posted on the Association’s website at www.forestcreekhoa.org/home/board-of-directors/2015-board-candidates.
The Board of Directors decided to post the information online so that it would be readily available
at all times, and to save copying and postage costs.

If you return your signed proxy to the RealManage office by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February
18, it will help us verify in advance that a quorum (10% of all owners) will be met. If you are
not sure you will be able to attend and return your proxy, and then later decide to attend the
meeting, your proxy will be returned to you at the meeting in exchange for a ballot. If we do not
have a quorum, we cannot conduct any business, and another meeting must be scheduled (creating
additional costs to the Association for mailings, room rental, etc.)

The Board of Directors is making a diligent effort to present a professional and informative meeting.
Accordingly, prior to the start of the meeting, residents who want to address the membership must sign up
for a speaking slot. Due to time constraints, each speaker will be allocated three minutes.
